New project tracker: SVN repository and more

Thanks to the suggestion of Christoph Studer and the kind Origo folks at
ETH Zurich, WebSMS has now a project tracker.

Origo offers a subversion repository (with ViewVC and Veb SVN front ends),
an issue tracker, a wiki and much more.

I hope they will leverage further development and the growth of a community
of developers and contributors around the project!
