WebSMS 2.9.2 just released:

- Solves an issue where the recipient of the first message sent is
retained until a refresh.
- Solves an issue that causes the recipient's country code to be set
to null.
- Added plugin for ETH Zurich SMS Gateway by Michele Mazzucchi.
- Solved encoding issue for 8-bit charset encoding.
